Company Profile
The company was setup in 1987 and is professionally managed by an executive staff under the direction of Colonel C.S Kohli,
a retired officer from the Indian Army.
We have a solid production base in 8000 sq ft of company owned space opposite Janak Puri, wherein all operations are done in-house.
- Sewing facilities
- 35 Juki machines, 2 Five thread overlock, 2 Four thread overlock, 1 Flat machine for Hosiery.
- 100 dedicated machines with ex-employees of the company.
- Finishing/Packing: Steam pressing equipment to do 40,000 pcs. a month.
- Embroidery: In-house chicken embroidery machines.
- Hand Embroidery: Strong vendor base for all types of hand embroidery.
- Printing: Dedicated vendors for printing at very competitive costs.
- Design and Sampling department with designers, Coordinators, pattern masters and tailors
- In-house Juki umbrella machines for woven sample stitching.
- Machines for knitwear sampling and production.
- In-house buttoning, washing and finishing arrangement.
- On-site steam pressing facilities.
- Separate department for raw materials and finished goods.
- Quality control department responsible for thorough inspections from the point of procurement of raw materials to the finished products.
- Countries exported to: U.S.A, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Argentina, Uruguay, Taiwan, Italy.
